Description:
Mark advanced configs so they show up in the advanced config list in Hudi docs
only, so user can skip them for basic scenarios.

By default, a config is advanced config. Only if we mark a config as
essential, it shows up in the essential config list in Hudi docs and user
should more or less care about it.
