@vinothchandar @yanghua This is the last PR for test packages migration. Thanks for going through the changes all along. Particularly for `cli` and `client` modules, as most of the tests are functional (subclass of `HoodieClientTestHarness`), I think we better not to put all into `functional` package; we may just leave them in their respective packages aligned with classes under test for easy code browsing.
