hmmm, @jonvex : if you look at HoodieBootstrapRelation.composeRDD (the
relation is being instantiated in below line), we segregate the skeleton schema
and base file schema. Can we move the optimization logic inside that ? My main
concern is this would break the existing functionality of bootstrap queries
including hudi metafields failing unless user turn off the feature.
