Review Comment:
   should we consider below condition as validation violation ?
   if isErrorTableEnabled = false and isErrorRecordColumnPresent = true
   
   if there is existing schema column ERROR_TABLE_CURRUPT_RECORD_COL_NAME  this 
will fail ( if error table is disabled -> does this condition makes sense )
