   **Describe the problem you faced**
   
   I encountered an error while performing an upsert operation using the Apache 
Hudi library. The error occurs specifically when attempting to save data for 
the commit time "20230604090202378". The exception thrown is a 
HoodieUpsertException, with the root cause being an IllegalArgumentException in 
the HoodieActiveTimeline class.
   
   **To Reproduce**
   
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   
   1. Not able to reproduce, The jobs failing occasionally without any data 
issue
   
   **Expected behavior**
   
   The upsert operation should successfully execute without any exceptions, 
allowing for the regeneration of data for the specified commit time.
