Description:
Index scheduling should have initialized the filegroup but it did not. It works
for FILES.
Debug following tests in TestHoodieIndexer
testIndexerWithFilesPartition
testIndexerWithWriterFinishingFirst
testIndexerWithWriterFinishingLast
testColStatsFileGroupCount
testIndexerForExceptionWithNonFilesPartition
TestHoodieDeltaStreamer.
