As part of HUDI-6315, we are implementing an optimized codepath for UPSERT and
DELETE operations to improve performance. Prepped DELETE operation was
implemented here: [https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/8978.] We need to write
unit test for delete prepped for flink.
