We already support bucket index bulk insert in #7834, and we can also bulk
insert into consistent hashing bucket index table by set
`hoodie.datasource.write.row.writer.enable` as false.
This pr simplifies this by disabling bulkInsertAsRow for consistent hashing
bucket index and adding example code in TestInsertTable
