### Change Logs
- Merge Into prepped path optimization by adding broadcast `JoinHint`.
Ideally, we would want to expose this as a config, as the right join type
really depends on the left and right dataframes of the join.
- Revert #8452 as it adds another stage. Need to optimize partition path
prefix filtering.
### Impact
Improved MIT queries. However, some partition filter pushdown may not work
due to revert.
