### Change Logs two fixs: 1. When using bucket index, we can't use append mode. Because if used, there will be two valid files in one bucket at the same time. 2. Current `BulkInsertWriterHelper` is used for both insert and bulk_insert operation, for `isInputSorted` in `BulkInsertWriterHelper`, we should first judge whether is bulk_insert operation, because only under bulk_insert, there is a sort operation.
