* Rename `NewHoodieParquetFileFormat`
* Remove duplication between `NewHoodieParquetFileFormat`,
`HoodieFileGroupReaderBasedFileFormat` and `HoodieMultipleBaseFileFormat`
* `HoodieSparkFormatUtils` should be usable irrespective of whether one is
using new file format or not.
