Summary: Providing metrics for archive and defining som string

In the existing table service, Hoodie Metrics registers the duration and other
relevant information for compaction, clustering, and clean operations. However,
there are no corresponding metrics for the archive operation. Therefore, we
have implemented the necessary metrics for the archive operation.
Additionally, we have defined partial string constants in the field to extract
frequently used strings in HoodieMetrics that are used more than once.
