### Change Logs
Check the table type between hoodie.properies and table options
### Impact
### Risk level (write none, low medium or high below)
Use step:
(1) The `thoodie.table.type` in hoodie.property is MERGE_ON_READ, write
data to the hudi table.
(2) Update the table.type option to COPY_ON_WRITE in flink ddl, then write
data to the hudi table.
(3) The commit and file of hudi table is mixed, it caused problems when
reading.
