Description:
User reports that Trino Hudi connector might not project nested fields
properly, e.g., the parent struct is read twice for multiple nested fields
under the same struct.
Trino Hudi connector does use similar projection logic as Hive connector in
`HudiPageSourceProvider#createPageSource`.
We need to further investigate this issue.
