Describe context and summary for this change.
While using `HoodieTableSource` we encountered
`ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException` due to passing avro schema containing column
which does not exists in hudi table.
Since `ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException` doesnt provide proper info of what
exactly went wrong, this PR adds a more descriptive error description which
will help in proper debugging in case of such exception.
Table type : cow
Hudi version : 0.13.1
Flink version : 1.16.0
