for the gcp add:
1) doc needs to be updated for
{{hoodie.gcp.bigquery.sync.require_partition_filter}}
2) more details in the hudi gcp docs {{hoodie.gcp.bigquery.sync.base_path}}
for this [what's the implications of using this config]; usually people use the
table base path, and not the sync base path
