### Change Logs
MetadataRecordsGenerationParams is deprecated. We already rely on table
config for enabled mdt partition types.
So i removed this POJO (`MetadataRecordsGenerationParams`). And as I chanded
a lot `HoodieBackedTableMetadataWriter` and `HoodieTableMetadataUtil` in
different places, i also made some trivial refactoring like:
- fixed logging;
- replaced lambdas with method references;
- extract creation of `ClosableIterator<HoodieRecord>` in separate method
and call it 3 times in different places;
- removed redundant toString() calls;
- replaced usage of deprecated `getBasePath()` with `getBasePathV2()`.
