### Change Logs Existing exceptions cannot know which specific columns the exception is.  **Modify as follows：** 1. Add printing wrong columns name exception for MergeOnReadTableState#getRequiredPositions，and advance the exception from the operator execution stage to the operator initialization stage  2. The calsite engine will convert all column names of the table to lowercase.
