Description: Currently, Spark 3.2 is the default build profile. Given
Spark 3.2 is no longer actively maintained (latest Spark 3.2.x release i from
April 2023), we should upgrade the default build profile on Spark to Spark 3.5
to maintain the support on latest Spark release.
