Proposed the RFC document of new feature: Column families for wide tables.
A long time ago I started discussion in dev mailing list, but no one replies
there. Despite that, I continue RFC process by creating umbrella epic in Jira
and raising this PR providing bit more technical details about this feature. I
hope we'll have some discussion here, where you approve or decline this idea.
