Summary: Hook up source partitions to s3 incr source

Currently, the source partition for s3 incr source is computed within the
source. This PR adds support to be able to configure the source partition from
the SourceProfile and used in case the num partitions from the source profile
is higher than what is computed by the s3 incr source.
