### Change Logs
Replace Hadoop Configuration with StorageConfiguration in hudi-client-common
module
Added new methods in `HadoopFSUtils` for classes in `hudi-client-common` to
handle Hadoop related confs indirectly:
- new `getStorageConf()` to create storage configuration with empty hadoop
conf
- new `getFs` to provide option to copy storage conf when getting
`FileSystem`
- `convertToHadoopConf` to convert storage conf to hadoop conf
- `convertToJobConf` to convert storage conf to job conf
- `setConfForConfigurableInputFormat` set hadoop conf for `FileInputFormat`
that implement `Configurable`
This is a part of effort of removing Hadoop deps from `hudi-client-common`
