Yes, in hive3 it is supported, and we can just replace timestamp column from 
long to timestamp. But in hive2 we still need to use parquet1.8 and avro1.7, 
and hive parquet sede class can not tell logical type.
Because this will be an attempt to solve the hive2 timestamp type problem, so 
that I'll configure a variable and some guidance and suggestions, user can 
decide whether to convert the timestamp to the correct type.
