Description: Given that the number of users having Avro ENUM type in the
schema is small (based on Github issues), we decided to remove the Avro ENUM
type check for the file group reader-related logic (e.g., compaction,
clustering, partial updates, etc.). User can still explicitly turn off the
file group reader if they hit issues.
