Description: Implement type conversion for more complex types as ordering
field (if needed) for hive fg reader. (was: Implement casting for hive fg
reader. Put it in a different class so that we can add casting to
HoodieArrayWritableAvroUtils.projectRecord as well. Then we can accommodate
schema on write schema evolution for hive. )
