@harishchanderramesh I don't quite understand what's going on. Does not seem like it is trying to instantiate EmrFS. Have you added some custom configurations on your EMR cluster and overridden default hadoop configs ? This is actually going beyond the scope of Apache Hudi related issues, and more of an AWS ecosystem issue. I would request you to open a ticket with AWS Support if you are still hitting this.
