When we use the embedded timeline server, there is a helper that sets the
proper configurations for the caller to use. This method also populates other
Remote FSView related properties like whether retries are enabled but it takes
those properties from the first caller.
This only impacts users using the "reuse" feature that allows you to use the
same embedded server for multiple tables.
