Description:
To simplify the user experience on UPDATE statement and avoid confusion, let's
make sure that the partition path column value cannot be updated through SET
statement, and throw an error to the user in this case.
Before doing this, let's test the current behavior of changing partition path
in UPDATE statement with both non-global and global indexes.
