the test has been disabled for more than 2 years by this PR
https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/5124. When I run this test locally it
cannot even run properly.
My next step is to repair the test, enable it again and if there are new
flakiness come, we should cut new Jira and tracking it. There is no sense to
RCA a test failed 2 years ago.
