the test has been disabled for more than 2 years by this PR
[https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/5124]. When I run this test locally it
cannot even run properly.
My next step is to repair the test, enable it again and if there are new
flakiness come, we should cut new Jira and tracking it. There is no sense to
RCA a test failed 2 years ago.
Also verified that from the point of randomness of the test data we generated,
that could not affect the test stability - the test data always go to the same
fixed partition path and the test just try to delete a deterministically
created partition.
