I am running the hudi job with hudi hudi-spark3.3-bundle_2.12-1.0.0.jar and
spark 3.3.2. Why the hoodie.table.version=6 in the hoodie.properties? what is
the value of hoodie.table.version for hudi 1.0.0? Is the any special steps or
parameters to set when I process a new table with hudi 1.0.0? How do I know
this table is on hudi 1.0.0?

* Hudi version : 1.0.0
* Spark version : 3.3.2
* Hive version : 3
* Hadoop version : 3.3.2
* Storage (HDFS/S3/GCS..) : s3
