recommit the inflight
instant(AbstractStreamWriteFunction::restoreWriteMetadata)
-> reuse currentInstant, reject bootstrap(handleBootstrapEvent)
-> instantToWrite(AppendWriteFunction::initWriterHelper)
-> error(Timeout(121000ms) while waiting for instant initialize)
-> recommit *******
It seems to be a dead loop
