   Exactly! This RFC-88 and RFC-84 (proposed by @geserdugarov) are about 
different things. And  I think, there is no reason for  RFC-84 to be a part of 
RFC-88. Moreover, implementation code of RFC-84 is ready right now, while 
RFC-88 even as a concept is not fully thought out and well designed yet.
