In secure environments, this is causing errors similar to
[#2100|https://github.com/apache/hudi/issues/2100] . Where HBase index is not
used and a simple Deltastreamer run would throw errors immediately after
starting. Observed this in EMR 5.31.0 with security configs.
Verified the job ran fine on removing this relocation from the
hudi-utilities-bundle bundle.
