### Change Logs - this is stacked on top of https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/13001 - Adding SparkMetadataTableUpsertCommitActionExecutor for metadata table. We can avoid building the workload profile incase of metadata table since all records are updates and we could optimize the write dag. This is not yet integrated with the write dag.
