Summary: Update Hudi doc about partial update + global index

We figure out the partial update does not work with global index. Based on our
initial attempt, to fix it would take some efforts. Since FG reader will
replace the adhoc merge logic for this case, we decide to disable partial
update when global index is used. The pr is
[https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/13086.]
So we need to update the Hudi wiki/doc accordingly to reflect this limitation.
