### Change Logs
Fix the file group reader log file sequence to be in asending order, so that
to keep the "processing_time" merging semantics for streaming scenarios: always
choose the latest incoming if the ordering val are equals.
This semantics works now for both `COMMIT_TIME` and `EVENT_TIME` merging
modes after the fix.
Also fix some other issues:
* the unnecessary copy of rows for position based merging;
* the event time merging sequence for CUSTOM merger.
