Summary: Support Hbase configs for hfile

There are several configs that used for hbase hfile writer, which are not used
for our native writer. We need to understand them, and support similar
functionalities if they can improve writer performance.
* CacheConfig.PREFETCH_BLOCKS_ON_OPEN_KEY
* HColumnDescriptor.CACHE_DATA_IN_L1
* DROP_BEHIND_CACHE_COMPACTION_KEY
