### Change Logs
- Sink v2 is only supported for hudi-flink 1.19+.
- Hudi write pipeline is refactored to not using `SinkFunction` any more, so
as to share the same pipeline between v1 and v2.
- Sink v2 is supported by putting the write pipeline into the
PreWriteTopology of sink v2.
- Sink v1 is state compatible with previous implementation after refactoring.
- Sink v2 is not state compatible with sink v1.

Upgrade Flink sink with new Sink API
