### Change Logs
Adds the following cases:
- Event time ordering with custom delete marker
- Event time ordering with update after delete
- Custom merger with custom logic for computing deletes
- Custom payload with custom logic for computing deletes
- Commit time ordering with custom delete marker
Bugs Fixed:
- Updates after CommitTimeOrderingDelete will fail if the ordering value is
not an integer
- Custom mergers were skipping deletes
- Custom payloads were skipping deletes

- Adds testing to prevent future regressions and fixes issues users may
encounter
