I will add testing to
TestHoodieFileGroupReaderBase that will validate schema evolution for all of
the engines.
To do this I will validate that the output of the filegroup reader matches the
expected schema. This will be done in the native engine format. Then I will
convert the records to avro so that the data can be validated
