Description:
Instead of using mergers directly, we need to use the merge mode and then
leverage mergers for custom merger.
|a. integrate FG Record Buffer with DEDUP logic. Should be similar as above PR.
b. integrate FG Record Buffer with global indexing logic.
c. need to clarify CDC write path change with the team.|
