Add ability to remove custom configs from being passed to kafka consumer.
Currently, only configs starting with hoodie.* are removed from kafka. But
companies may have custom configs that need to be also removed from avoiding
generating lot of warnings from kafka consumer and also improved debugging by
ensuring that only the kafka configs are printed from kafka logs.
