Review Comment:
   This is only used for expression index. Since we are dealing directly with 
spark we don't have a corresponding avro schema. I think maybe I should use 
`spark.sql.parquet.outputTimestampType` to decide if it's millis or micros to 
write. In spark in memory it is always micros I think.
