### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses Followup for https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/13724#issuecomment-3296438818. The changes here allow HFile Cache reader configuration to be configurable. ### Summary and Changelog The HFile Cache reader configuration can now be defined by the users and will not be hardcoded to the default value. ### Impact HFile Cache reader configuration are now configurable. ### Risk Level None ### Documentation Update <!-- Describe any necessary documentation update if there is any new feature, config, or user-facing change.
