### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses Check details in https://github.com/apache/hudi/issues/13992. ### Summary and Changelog * Return ordering value as engine type for HoodieFlinkRecord * Add `getOrderingValueAsJava` to HoodieRecord, and store ordering value with Java type for DeleteRecord * Do not need to convert ordering value to engine type while constructing BufferRecord from engine record or HoodieRecord. * Converting ordering value to engine type is only needed while constructing BufferRecord from DeleteRecord. ### Impact Correct ordering value processing. ### Risk Level low. ### Documentation Update <!-- Describe any necessary documentation update if there is any new feature, config, or user-facing change.
