### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses Fix issue: https://github.com/apache/hudi/issues/14064 ### Summary and Changelog Flink has problem to extract output type of lambda based KeySelector if hudi-flink jar is not in flink `lib` directory, so we substitute it with anonymous class. ### Impact none. ### Risk Level low. ### Documentation Update <!-- Describe any necessary documentation update if there is any new feature, config, or user-facing change.
