We cannot build the {{artifact hudi-utilities_2.12}} using properties
{{{}-Dspark2.4 -Dscala-2.12{}}}. When 2 profiles are activated, property
pulsar.spark.version is taken from profile {{spark2.4}} and value from
{{scala-2.12}} is ignored.
