{{BaseFileOnlyRelation}} override
*shouldExtractPartitionValuesFromPartitionPath* to be determined by
`hasSchemaOnRead`, which is always *true* if {{hasSchemaOnRead}} is false.
If the original shouldExtractPartitionValuesFromPartitionPath value is true,
it will not be able to read partition values when schema evolution enabled.
