Secondary Index (SI) uses the same configs as Record Index (RLI) for
estimating the number of file groups. We should add the documentation around
that.
* hoodie.metadata.record.index.min.filegroup.count
* hoodie.metadata.record.index.max.filegroup.count
* hoodie.metadata.record.index.max.filegroup.size
